Hi there, I'm Quentella Brown. As I continue my journey as a school counselor, I am here to assist students with challenges affecting their personal, social, or learning experiences.
In order to meet the necessities for the whole child, I think all students should have access to the appropriate supports that foster their emotional, social, and intellectual development. My goal is to inspire children to make responsible and independent choices by teaching them how to respond appropriately in social situations while practicing self-control and supporting their academic success. My goal is to keep supporting every student in gaining the academic and social-emotional skills they need to become contributing members of society.
I am available to provide individual, small group, and classroom guidance to assist students with:
* Promoting positive attitudes among students towards themselves, peers, family, and community.
*Helping students to recognize and make the best of their abilities.
*Managing recommendations for outside organizations.
*Encouraging the development of a secure and productive learning environment.
Ultimately, my hope is that children will use the resources available to them to reach their full potential and acquire the lifelong learning skills necessary to become contributing members of society who are both proud and compassionate in an ever-changing world. I am dedicated to supporting each student's success and am excited to be part of their journey.
